Diamond N Ranch Beef is processed in a Texas inspected and certified facility. It is hand-cut and trimmed, vacuum-sealed, and immediately frozen at the time of processing to insure the freshest meat you'll ever eat. Your order is placed in an insulated container with dry ice, and shipping is scheduled to ensure that your beef is delivered in perfect condition.

We offer Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and Express (2-3 days) shipping. Currently we ship within the United States only.

Shipments are sent Monday through Wednesday with 2-3day or overnight shipping…If you Order your package on Thursday we ship only overnight. Orders placed after Thursday with 3 day shipping will be sent first thing the following Monday to insure product does not sit at a warehouse facility melting. I hope you can understand why we can't ship all through the week, We do not want you getting a defrosted package.
